Who we are

What we collect and why
When you reserve your interest, we collect your name, email address, number of adults and children, preferred month, tour, departure airport and hotel choice, plus anything optional you add: how fixed your dates are, an occasion, your planning stage, the changes you'd like and a short note. Nothing else. Please don't put health or other sensitive details in the note; we ask what we need when we reply. We use it only to reply to you and to tell you when our first departures are confirmed. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
What we don't do
This site sets no cookies and does no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking. To deliver its pages, Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address; we don't use it to identify you. We never sell your details, and we won't send you marketing unless you separately say yes to it.
Where your details go
The form emails your details to our mailbox at Google Workspace, through Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When you start filling in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're not a bot: it reads technical signals such as your IP address and browser type, only to detect bots. Both may process data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Nothing you send is stored on this site.
How long we keep it
We delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you, or 3 months after trips go on sale if you don't go ahead, whichever comes first. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict how we use them, to receive a copy you can reuse elsewhere, or to object to how we use them: write to privacy@sooriya.no. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, at datatilsynet.no.
